Mark Blanchard brings close to 20 years of experience representing both private developers and municipalities on land use, real estate, and civil litigation matters. Along with being legal counsel to clients, Mark has also served as Corporation Counsel to the cities of Yonkers, Peekskill, and New Rochelle, and as Senior Counsel at Harris Beach, PLLC. in its municipal law and public finance practice groups.
In 2015, Mark started Blanchard & Wilson, a boutique law firm in White Plains specializing in land use, project development, real estate transactions, and environmental issues. In 2020, Blanchard & Wilson merged with MarksDiPalermo, further expanding the firm’s real estate legal and advisory practice and bringing a full suite of resources under one roof.
